Bedroom pop 밴드 'About Paul'의 2021년부터 2024년까지 발매한 곡들을 '8 days and 7 nights' 라는 타이틀로 발매하였습니다. 데뷔곡 KAFKA 부터 Satellite까지 10곡이 수록되어 있습니다. 포함된 삽지에는 디지털 발매에서는 밝히지 않았던 각 곡들의 작곡 스토리를 공개하였습니다.
