오아시스 (Oasis)
1991년 데뷔한 브릿팝의 대표 밴드. 멤버로는 노엘 갤러거(기타, 보컬), 리암 갤러거(보컬), 앤디 벨(베이스), 겜 아처(기타), 크리스 샤록(드럼)이 있다.
1994년 데뷔엘범 으로 데뷔하였다.
이들은 6000만 장 넘는 앨범과 8개의 영국 넘버 1 싱글을 배출하며 가장 성공적인 영국의 음악 그룹으로서 부상했다. 1995년 브릿 어워드 최우수 밴드상, 뮤직비디오상, 앨범상과 1995년 MTV 유럽 뮤직어워드 최우수노래상 등을 수상하였다.
